Looking for something special in supervison?

If you want clinical supervision for your your work with children, play therapy, depth and person-centered modalities, keep reading.

I don’t take insurance.

If you're planning to take insurance, you'll need to work with a different supervisor, since I’m not set up for insurance billing. Many many candidates have an agency or a group practice supervisor and then add a supplemental supervisor to support specific clinical interests—so if you're considering that route and think we might be a good fit, I'd love to talk more.

And if you're curious about private pay work, or already leaning that way, I'm happy to chat about what that could look like too.

What supervision with me might look like…

I approach supervision with gentleness, kindness and authenticity. But I will also guide you with an expectation of accountability.

This means if you struggle with your progress notes and tracking your hours, I’m going to help you understand why, and support you to find the resources or accommodations you need to prevent you from getting overwhelmed and burnt out.

I plan on learning from you, as much as you learn from me. While I may have more clinical experience - that doesn’t mean you don’t have great ideas and insights that I can benefit from too.

In our work together I hope to balance admin (notes, treatment plans etc), clinical (interventions, the direct work with clients), and personal support (what are you bringing in to the room with you when you see your clients?) in equal amounts - as they are all equally important.
